At Grounded, we believe feeling grounded begins with presence through intentional movement and conscious inner work that cultivates awareness, clarity, and connection.
Our wellness offerings invite both physical and mental engagement, using fluid motion, breath, sound, energy work, and mindfulness practices to release trapped energy, soften blockages, and support transformation from the inside out. Whether you are stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time, settling into a sound healing experience, exploring Pilates, or receiving Reiki, our goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel supported exactly as you are.
The Grounded Wellness experience is deeply interpersonal, guided by intentional instructors and practitioners who meet each person where they are, offering compassionate support and thoughtful guidance throughout every stage of their wellness journey.
Arrive Early & Settle In
We encourage all guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before class to check in, get settled, and ease into the space before your experience begins.
Grounded is more than a wellness studio. It is a place to pause, connect, and enjoy a moment of presence before and after class.
If your schedule allows, we invite you to arrive even earlier. Guests are welcome to spend time in our café, browse our plant shop, journal, work, read, or simply relax before class begins.
Our café closes at 7:00 PM, so if you would like a beverage to enjoy after your class, we recommend ordering before class begins. Many guests enjoy ending their experience with tea, a wellness latte, or another café offering as part of their self care ritual.

Every wellness journey begins somewhere. Whether you are attending your first yoga class, your first Reiki session, or your first sound healing experience, we encourage you to arrive with curiosity, an open mind, and a positive attitude.
There is no expectation to be flexible, experienced, or knowledgeable. Our classes are designed to support exploration, growth, and personal discovery.

Hydration Matters
Please arrive well hydrated. Hydration supports mobility, circulation, breathwork, energy flow, recovery, and overall wellness. We encourage guests to drink water throughout the day leading up to class.
Storage & Personal Belongings
We provide lockers for your belongings and a designated area for shoes.
To maintain a clean and peaceful environment, guests will be asked to remove shoes before entering studio spaces.
Yoga
Yoga at Grounded is an opportunity to reconnect with your body, breath, and mind.

Our Sound Healing experiences may include crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, tuning forks, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments.
The purpose of sound healing is to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and restorative rest.
