If it’s your first time booking, you’ll be prompted to create a Mindbody account. If you already have an account, simply log in. - Complete Your Booking

I have done yoga classes before but am still a newbie. The class was challenging in the best ways and a great way to start the weekend. When I arrived at 7:45 for the 8 am class the location wasn’t open just yet. So for early classes I’ll get there on time or 5 minutes before. There was enough time to get settled before the class started so there was no need to rush.
Warm and welcoming environment with apprachable and responsive instruction. I look forward to my next class.
