How To Book A Grounded Wellness Class

Here’s a step-by-step guide to booking a Grounded wellness class on our website using Mindbody:

  2. Choose Your Class
    Browse our list of wellness classes, including yoga, meditation, breathwork, reiki, sound bowls, and mat Pilates. Select the class you'd like to attend.
  3. Select Date and Time
    Use the calendar to find your preferred date and time for the class.
  4. Create a Mindbody Account or Log In
    If it’s your first time booking, you’ll be prompted to create a Mindbody account. If you already have an account, simply log in.
  5. Complete Your Booking
    Follow the prompts to complete your booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the class details once the booking is successful.
  6. Get Ready for Your Class!
    Arrive a few minutes early to get settled and experience the calming ambiance at Grounded where plant care meets self-care.

I have done yoga classes before but am still a newbie. The class was challenging in the best ways and a great way to start the weekend. When I arrived at 7:45 for the 8 am class the location wasn’t open just yet. So for early classes I’ll get there on time or 5 minutes before. There was enough time to get settled before the class started so there was no need to rush.

Are the classes beginner-friendly?

Absolutely! Many of our classes, such as Gratitude Flow and Peace of Mind, are designed for all levels, including beginners. If you're new to yoga or wellness practices, our instructors will guide you through modifications and ensure you feel comfortable and supported.

What do I need to bring to class?

Just bring yourself and a positive attitude—Grounded provides all the essentials, including mats, props, and a serene environment. If you prefer to use your own mat or accessories, feel free to bring them along!

When should I arrive, and what if I’m running late?

To ensure a smooth and relaxed start, we ask all attendees to arrive 15 minutes before class begins. This allows time for check-in, settling into the space, and preparing for your practice.

We offer a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, to avoid disruptions, attendees arriving after this time may not be permitted to join the class.

How do I book a class, and what’s the cancellation policy?

Booking a class is simple:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid fees.
  • For last-minute cancellations or no-shows, the class fee may apply.
