With our mission to bring life to your homes, if your plants arrive damaged upon arrival please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship you out a new plant.
- Please be sure to send us an email (email@example.com) with photos verifying the damages so that we can get your new plant to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately if you do not provide photo proof of your damaged items we will not be able to proceed with a replacement.
- Please do not discard of the damaged item as you may be contacted by our shipping provider for further review.
