Role and Responsibilities:

As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, inspire, and guide a diverse team of plant specialists, baristas, and wellness practitioners.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging collaboration and growth.
  • Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and conduct regular team meetings.

2. Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the plant shop, cafe, and wellness studio.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement of plants, cafe supplies, and wellness products.
  • Monitor financial performance, track sales, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.

3. Customer Experience:

  • Create an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a welcoming and knowledgeable team.
  • Interact with customers, offer plant and wellness advice, and address any concerns.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer journey and gather feedback for improvements.

4. Marketing and Events:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies.
  • Organize and host events, workshops, and classes that align with our brand's ethos.
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage the community and showcase our offerings.

5. Space Maintenance:

  • Ensure the physical space is well-maintained, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand image.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to uphold cleanliness and aesthetics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Passion for plants, wellness, and creating a positive community environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage operations effectively.
