    Care info

Provide medium to bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can burn and discolor the leaves. Low lighting will result in stunted growth and dull leaves without red coloring.

Water generously once the soil is 50%-75% dry. Allow excess to flow out of the drainage hole, and avoid using tap water. Reduce watering frequency during the fall and winter, adjusting your schedule to water when the soil has reached closer to 75% dryness.

This tropical plant prefers warm and humid environments. Maintain indoor temperatures between 65º-85º and provide a boost of humidity via:
    • Adding a humidifier nearby
    • Creating a pebble tray that lives underneath the pot
    • Misting the leaves 2-4x per week with non-tap water
