Care info

Sun: Can live comfortably in medium to bright, indirect light. Proximity to a bright window with filtered sunlight will keep it happy. For the best growth, rotate your Anthurium often and keep it away from direct sunlight as it can burn the leaves.

Water: Keep soil slightly moist, watering after the soil has dried three inches. It doesn’t mind drying out briefly in between waterings, though this tropical plant should never go through a drought. Reduce watering frequency during fall and winter. Every 7 to 10 days depending on climate.

Air: Mimic a tropical environment with temperatures between 65º-80º and a high moisture content. Provide a regular boost of humidity by:

• Misting the leaves 3-5x per week with non-tap water
• Adding a humidifier nearby
• Creating a pebble tray that lives underneath the pot
• Placement in a bathroom or kitchen, if lighting is suitable
